These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Freedom Exit Team. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Freedom Exit Team sends text messages to people who have asked us about timeshare exit services. Messages relate to your own inquiry and may include replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, case status updates, and follow-up about the consultation you requested. We do not send promotional or marketing text blasts, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a Freedom Exit Team form and checking the box agreeing to receive automated calls and texts about your inquiry, or by texting us first. We record the consent language, the version, the timestamp, and the IP address of the submission.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your engagement with us.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Reply HELP to any message from us to receive help information, or contact us at support@freedomexitteam.com or (714) 209-0509.
Opt-out instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further texts.
Supported carriers
Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
